COACHING: TERMS & CONDITIONS

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Coaching services are available to individuals 18 years or older, or to minors with documented parental or legal guardian consent.
3. Booking & Payment

Payment is required in full prior to the delivery of coaching services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Emergencies will be considered at our discretion.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of coaching services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. No refunds are provided for completed sessions or unused time.

Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without refund.

8. Recording of Sessions
Coaching sessions may be recorded by the coach for internal documentation or quality purposes. Clients may not record sessions without prior written consent.
Recordings are not shared unless explicitly agreed upon.

All coaching materials, frameworks, worksheets, recordings, and resources are the intellectual property of christineelectraandco.com. These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, christineelectraandco.com shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in coaching services.
11. Termination

MINORS & PARENTAL PARTICIPATION POLICY:
Clients Under 16
Coaching services for clients under the age of 16 require the active involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
The following conditions apply:

A parent or legal guardian must provide written consent prior to the start of services

A parent or legal guardian must be present for the duration of each coaching session, whether conducted virtually or in person

The parent or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring the minor’s attendance, behavior, and participation
Parental Role
The attending parent or legal guardian agrees to:

Participate in sessions respectfully and collaboratively

Support the coaching goals discussed during sessions

Communicate openly regarding scheduling, expectations, and concerns
Confidentiality with Minors
While reasonable confidentiality is respected, parents or legal guardians of clients under 16 acknowledge that:

Coaching sessions are not confidential from the parent or guardian

Session content may be discussed with the attending parent or guardian as part of the coaching process
Scheduling & Attendance

Missed sessions, late arrivals, or cancellations are subject to the standard cancellation policy

Failure of a parent or guardian to attend a scheduled session may result in the session being forfeited
